This instrument has slightly diminutive dimensions (described below).  With it's rounded upper shoulders, slim neck, incrementally shorter string length and narrow edge-work this violin is exceptionally comfortable to perform upon.  It produces a dark, velvety sound with no loss of volume compared with violins of larger dimensions.  This instrument has been sold.

Dimensions:
body length - 350mm
upper bout width - 165mm
c bout width - 111mm
lower bout width - 204mm
mensure - 192mm
total vibrating string length - 326mm
